Sakri Taluka Education Society, Sakri is a social and Educational Trust started by Hon.Raje Madhavrao Gopalrao Bhosale, former MLA, Sakri, in the year 1940. The same Trust was formally registered by Karmveer Shankarrao Chindhuji Bedse in the year 1949.

          Now the Trust conducts various socio-economic & educational programms for the upliftment of the people in Sakri Taluka, At present the trust has 9 Primary Schools,6 Secondary Schools, 4 Jr. Colleges, 2 ITI, 1 Agriculture Diploma Center, 1 Vocational Training Center & 1 Open University Study Center. The trust has completed seventy seven years of wonderful service to the society, specially to the people in and arround Sakri in the field of education through it's schools, colleges, hostels and other training centers. The trust has achieved various state level awards as a recognition for its educational and social services to the general public.

          Platinum Public School is started in the year 2018 as the Trust's Platinum Jubilee Memorial. The school aims at the holistic & integral development of every student through quality education. PPS provides ample opportunities and exposure to the students to empower and enrich themselves through various curricular, co-curricular and extra curricular activities so that they can excel in their future fields of life.
